Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager - Prevention of Sexual Abuse to join our team at Hannah's Children's Homes.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to be bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field, with previous experience in social work, sexual abuse prevention, counseling, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Crisis Intervention and Support: Provide crisis intervention and support services to staff, service recipients, and their families.
  2. Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions on sexual assault screening/recognition, as well as compliance protocols for preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and harassment.
  3. Screen Special Incidents: Screen all special incidents and police reports related to sexual abuse or harassment, ensuring confidentiality throughout the investigation process.
  4. Promote Compliance: Ensure the agency is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding sexual abuse prevention and response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field.
  • Previous experience in social work, sexual abuse prevention, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to build rapport with victims and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong leadership qualities and experience in policy development and compliance.
