**Job Description**

New World Medical is looking for a highly experienced Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers comply with all applicable standards, regulations, and company requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, with experience working in a regulated environment such as GMPs, ISO13485, or 21 CFR Part 820. You will lead projects, work with suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality strategies and minimize risk.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure supplier compliance.
  • Conduct audits of suppliers to assess compliance with standards, regulations, and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Lead projects related to supplier quality assurance on new product development initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus 7+ years of experience, or equivalent combination.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Salary:** $130,000 - $146,000 per year. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
