Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Attic Projects, a leading provider of attic and crawl space restoration services in San Diego, Orange County, and North & South Seattle. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our field crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field, with a strong understanding of OSHA standards and safety regulations. You will be responsible for managing local vendor relationships, conducting site audits, and performing quality control checks. A valid driver's license and 7 years clean driving record is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for construction management, we encourage you to apply.
