Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LVN to join our team as a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Quality Improvement Supervisor to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Quality Improvement Systems. You will also provide support to the HEDIS Nurse RN with HEDIS and quality-related activities.

The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on Utilization Management, Care Management, Quality Improvement, or Quality Assurance. They must also have a minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care facility, skilled nursing facility, home health, or clinic setting. A current, unrestricted, and unencumbered Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians is required.

Requirements
  1. Three or more years of experience in healthcare administration
  2. Minimum one year of clinical experience in an acute care facility, skilled nursing facility, home health, or clinic setting
  3. Possession of an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians
