Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Operations Manager to lead our team in the successful completion of day-to-day project tasks. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a skilled construction team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Project Coordination and Monitoring
    • Support project schedule creation and monitoring, and communicate changes to project teams.
  • Budget and Contract Management
    • Assist in budget development and monitor project costs to ensure alignment.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a construction management related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably working on high-end residential projects.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; experience with Microsoft Project, Sage/Timberline Accounting, Procore, and Revit preferred.
    Salary Information:

This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
