The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in Federal/DOD projects. A High School Degree or equivalent is required, and an OSHA 30 Certificate is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and a proven track record in construction management. Familiarity with estimating software, including RS Means, is a plus.
