Your Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Oversee and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to successfully execute projects ranging from $8M to $20M.
  2. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and milestones.
  3. Coordinate preparation and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
  4. Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  5. Report regularly on project status, challenges, and successes to senior management.
  6. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

About You

">
  • You have 7+ years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on general contracting.
  • You have a proven background in managing large-scale ground-up projects ($20M+).
  • You are proficient with construction software and project management tools.
  • You possess strong leadership skills with experience managing on-site teams.
  • You have solid tenure and a well-rounded profile in the construction industry.
  • You are knowledgeable of construction safety protocols and regulations.
  • You can commute to projects around the Scarborough/Portland area.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
