A general contractor in Maine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience and a construction-related degree.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing project leadership and establishing a proactive safety culture
  • Managing bid packages and subcontractor meetings
  • Reviewing invoices and overseeing financial reporting
  • Representing the client in subcontract negotiations

The role requires strong oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Procore or other construction-related software.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of up to $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-related annual bonus scheme. The company also offers excellent benefits, including health insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
