Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Manager to join our team at Optimum Construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that will allow you to utilize your expertise in construction management.

As a Residential Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of residential projects from planning to completion. Your key responsibilities will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources; ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations; and coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
