Job Description

Actalent is seeking a skilled Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules
  • Conduct constructability reviews and prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and change order proposals
  • Prepare and distribute RFIs, CBs, and other change issue documentation
  • Close out activities, including distribution and tracking of punch lists
  • Assist in the creation and updating of project schedules
  • Prepare and distribute progress meeting notes
  • Review shop drawings and samples for conformance to documents
  • Manage project submittal approval process
  • Post addenda or other changes to plans and specifications
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of Construction Management experience
  • Minimum of an associate's degree in a related field, bachelor's in construction management preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and reading blueprints
  • Experience working with project coordinators and project managers
