At J.H. HASSINGER, INC., we're seeking a seasoned Construction Project Delivery Manager to lead our construction team to success.

Job Overview:

The Construction Project Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of construction projects. This individual will oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or budgets as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and adherence to plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management.
