We are currently seeking a skilled candidate for the role of Property Management Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily management of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties
  • Conduct interviews and inspections with residents
  • Ensure optimal occupancy levels and manage apartment turnover processes
  • Uphold lease agreements and property management protocols
  • Oversee rent collection and manage overdue accounts
  • Address legal matters related to property issues or account delinquencies
  • Maintain comprehensive resident records and documentation
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations and resident inquiries
  • Participate in meetings and assist with Resident Council activities
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of public housing regulations and practices
  • Familiarity with tax credit property management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously
  • Physical capability to access apartments and conduct inspections
  • Valid driver's license is required

Experience and Education:

A degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant experience in property management or a comparable combination of education and training will be taken into account. Strong communication abilities and computer proficiency are essential.
