Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Process guest check-in, confirm reservations, and assign guest rooms.
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and professional welcome to all guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, ensure check-in and check-out is timely, and maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, discounts, and special offers.
  • Communication: Coordinate with Housekeeping Department to track room readiness, communicate guest requests and concerns, and ensure prompt delivery of billing to guests.
  • Confidentiality: Discreetly handle confidential guest information and maintain strict key controls.
Requirements:
  • Experience: One year of related experience, hotel preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual - English/Spanish.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong organizational skills, and superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common computer software programs.
