HR Leave Specialist

SBM Management Services is seeking a skilled HR Leave Specialist to support the administration of leave of absence processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with leave of absence requests and process status changes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate protected FMLA leaves.
  • Ensure adherence to SBM leave policy and compliance.
  • Maintain employee HR files and records.
  • Provide monthly departmental reports and maintain confidentiality.
  • Accurately perform data entry and review change requests.
  • Support the Shared Services Lead Coordinator and assist with projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • May require a valid driver's license.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: Full Time
