HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at OLE' Mexican Foods. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various personnel-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital copies.
- Update HR databases with new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave information.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Prepare and process paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads and process incoming resumes.
- Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant.
- Hands-on experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and PC literacy.
- Knowledge of labor legislation in California.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
