IT Associate

Nexus HR Services is seeking a skilled IT Associate to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As an IT Associate, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and security of multiple sites' IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems according to company policies.
• Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware, and software components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of desktops, phones, network, and server systems.
• Test network and server systems to verify functionality and performance.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance levels.
• Collaborate with level 2 or expert engineers to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and managed help desk issues as assigned.
• Update software antivirus regularly.
• Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, and other computing platforms.
• Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary.
• Provide advice and training to other associates.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of the telephone system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience as an IT Associate or any relevant experience.
• Must have IT Helpdesk Support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR is highly preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge in, but not limited to, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to and from our different offices and clinics.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Able to work in Sacramento, CA.
• Spanish bilingual is preferred.
• Willing to travel in and around SoCal as required.

Work Environment:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 per hour
