Job Summary

WEAVE Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for a variety of functional areas including recruitment, payroll, and benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of recruitment, including collaborating with hiring managers, conducting initial phone screening interviews, and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Process automated semi-monthly payroll for approximately 130 exempt, non-exempt, and intermittent employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Partner with HR Specialist to ensure completion of necessary tasks required for the onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the goals and objectives of the Human Resources department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business, human resources, or communications, or AA/AS degree in business, human resources, or behavioral science, or any combination of education and experience that satisfactorily meets job requirements.
  • SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred.
Working Conditions

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly climb stairs or use an elevator. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
