  • Ensure timely and accurate enrollments, request processing, and program communication.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and vendors; research and resolve issues within role scope.

  • Manage benefits administration for Raley's and subsidiary employees.
  • Review forms for compliance, enter data into HRIS/Payroll, generate reports, and follow up with team members.
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues, process billing, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Handle reconciliation, run query reports, and update systems.
  • Maintain communication with team members until benefit cases are resolved.
  • Support accommodations for medical restrictions, coordinating with leaders on implementation.
  • Prepare required legal documents, including COBRA and EDD, within deadlines.
  • Prepare and send communications for benefits administration.
  • Comply with regulatory and union contract requirements.
  • Maintain and audit both paper and electronic documentation.
  • Provide office support: phones, scanning, correspondence, mail, and supply ordering.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a health-related field.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Organization and high attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
