Job Title: Vice President of Institutional Sales

Lazard is a leading financial advisory and asset management firm seeking a seasoned professional to join its Private Capital Advisory Group (PCA). As a Vice President of Institutional Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the firm's capital raising business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop relationships with institutional investors to drive business growth
  • Develop and execute a plan to close interested investors and drive deal flow
  • Distribute offering materials, host fund managers on road shows, and arrange meetings with institutional investors
  • Assist the Transaction Management team in evaluating and pitching new business opportunities
  • Maintain market intelligence databases and business development presentations
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of work experience in capital raising, investor relations, or investment banking
  • A successful track record of fundraising or proven institutional sales skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A diligent, organized, and confident communication style, both internally and externally
  • A proactive self-starter approach with an ability to operate with minimal supervision while working collaboratively within a team
  • A deep understanding of private equity fundraising
