Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as an advocate for Sam Pack Auto Group, highlighting what sets us apart from the competition.
  • Facilitate the sales process, including interviews, vehicle selection, test drives, and financing.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they're satisfied with their purchase.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Requirements
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience is highly valued.
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, particularly when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
