Job Summary

As a Sales Coordinator at Abstrakt Marketing Group, you will play a vital role in the Sales Department by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the clerical and administrative functions required in the Sales Department
Route incoming mail and attach files to correspondence
Answer and route incoming calls on the sales department switchboard line
Greet scheduled visitors and conduct them to the appropriate area or person
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and reserve facilities
Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including emails and faxes
Compose and type routine correspondence
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
Conduct research and compile statistical reports
Order and maintain file systems and supplies
Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
Prepare quotes and proposals for the Sales Department
Work with salespersons to maintain and process job files
Maintain a safe work area and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent, or one to three years' experience and/or training
Bilingual preferred
Strong attention to detail
Prior experience in the material handling industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sales background preferred
