Job Summary

The PromptCare Companies is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Enteral Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care services and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare providers
  • Process inbound orders and requests for assistance from patients and referral sources
  • Verify insurance and benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and ensure medical necessity is met
  • Provide resupply orders to patients on service and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and efficient patient care
Requirements:
  • Experience with patient admissions in a similar referral source-based practice setting and customer service in an inbound/outbound customer service center
  • Customer service experience in a Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working with enteral therapy patients or pediatric enteral nutrition formulas is highly desirable
