About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maximizing financial performance, delivering exceptional guest service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and average rates.
  • Work closely with ownership to strategize and implement projects that drive business growth.
  • Coordinate guest satisfaction and resolution efforts, maintaining a strong relationship with the restaurant and/or spa.
  • Lead a team to promote the success of the entire Kimpton property.
  • Protect and enhance the value of hotel assets through maintenance, security, and housekeeping programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate forecasting and planning of operating staffing and cost expenditures.
  • Review and approve operating expenses.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of upper-level management experience in hospitality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team by example.
  • High level of creativity, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
