Culinary Operations Manager

As a key member of the Longfellow Hotel team, the Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the hotel. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling the work of employees in the Kitchen Department to ensure superior quality and consistency in food preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and be able to infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. They will be responsible for giving full support to the management team for other culinary-related events in the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
- Control and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department
- Ensure superior quality and consistency in food preparation
- Give full support to the management team for other culinary-related events
