Job Overview

Olympia Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Task Force Hotel General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership support, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide interim management support to hotel properties during transitions, openings, or periods of vacancy.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and service standards across all departments.
  • Analyze financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff to achieve operational excellence and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with property owners and corporate leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Identify and address operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis are essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Flexibility to travel and work at different locations as needed is a must.
