Job Description: As a key member of our management team, the Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager oversees kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Your primary responsibilities include managing food preparation, inventory control, staff development, and customer satisfaction.
">Key Qualifications">- At least 21 years old
- Two years of experience as a cook supervisor or manager
- High school graduate
- Formal culinary training is desirable
- Strong communication and leadership skills are essential
