Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Closet Sales and Design Professional to join our team in Memphis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to provide design advice, take measurements, and guide them through our professional installation process.

The Role

This is a full-time position with a W-2 employment status. You'll receive a training stipend while learning the ropes and building your pipeline. After the training period, the role transitions to 100% commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to provide design advice and take measurements
  • Guide clients through our professional installation process
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Proactively pursue referrals and repeat business

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (in-home sales consultations a plus)
  • A good driving record
  • Ability to pass a full background check
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Background in interior design, direct industry experience, or a proven passion for home decor

Location

This position requires flexible work scheduling, with a requirement to train in Nashville for the first 6 weeks. Remote work options may be available after this period.

Salary

$60,000 - $180,000 per year, based on performance and experience.
