Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Client Relations Specialist, your role will involve:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key accounts across North America, including Canada and Mexico, ensuring high-quality service and acting as a liaison between clients and external service providers.
  • Overseeing the order fulfillment process, including expediting orders, managing returns, monitoring back-orders, and facilitating import/export operations.
  • Collaborating with various departments on special projects aimed at continuous improvement, while managing direct-to-customer import/export orders and ensuring clear communication regarding order status.
  • Understanding and applying business rules, addressing situations that require cross-functional coordination, and providing training and support to customers, including eCommerce solutions.
  • Participating in onboarding and training initiatives, mentoring new hires, and guiding peers in their professional development.
  • Managing domestic projects and processes with minimal supervision, acting as a focal point for audits.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations and materials planning.
  • Knowledge of Conformance Management (NCM) metrics.
  • Proficiency in SAP and experience with Power BI, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
