Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve an average of 7 client-facing technical issues daily.
  • Maintain a billable rate of 85% or higher.
  • Efficiently close escalated helpdesk tickets.
  • Provide mentorship to junior helpdesk staff.
  • Handle on-site requests related to various technical issues, including:
    • System outages
    • Printer malfunctions
    • Network disruptions
    • Performance issues
    • Workstation and server failures
  • Adhere to troubleshooting best practices and escalation protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Document work accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Stay informed about current technology trends.
  • Oversee multiple client environments to ensure optimal performance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced network and server infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Windows 10 and Server OS
    • Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Microsoft Suite and Microsoft 365
    • Networking protocols (TCP/IP)
    • Router and firewall configurations
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Physical Requirements

The role primarily involves working with computer systems, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. The position may require some travel and exposure to various environmental conditions.
