The Collaborative for Educational Services is in search of a Site Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of After School initiatives throughout Western Massachusetts.

Your Role:

  • You bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
  • You possess supervisory experience.
  • You have a background in education.
  • You are prepared to innovate and develop engaging before and after-school programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6-10 staff members to engage with 40-45 students.
  • During summer sessions, supervise a team of 6-10 to involve 30 students daily.
  • Possibly implement a before-school program for a select group of students during the academic year.
  • Design academic support tailored to specific subjects such as ELA and math.
  • Organize stimulating enrichment activities for students.
  • Become an integral part of the school community.

Employment Terms:

  • Full-time position with benefits, requiring 35 hours per week.
