After School Program Manager

The Collaborative for Educational Services is in search of a Site Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of After School initiatives throughout Western Massachusetts.

Your Role:
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
- You possess supervisory experience.
- You have a background in education.
- You are prepared to innovate and develop engaging before and after-school programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6-10 staff members to engage with 40-45 students.
- During summer sessions, supervise a team of 6-10 to involve 30 students daily.
- Possibly implement a before-school program for a select group of students during the academic year.
- Design academic support tailored to specific subjects such as ELA and math.
- Organize stimulating enrichment activities for students.
- Become an integral part of the school community.
Employment Terms:
- Full-time position with benefits, requiring 35 hours per week.
