The Collaborative for Educational Services is in search of Site Managers to oversee the daily functions of After School initiatives throughout Western Massachusetts.

This role is for you if:

  • You possess a vibrant energy
  • You have experience in leadership roles
  • You are an experienced educator
  • You are eager to innovate and develop engaging before and after-school programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 6-10 staff members to engage with 40-45 students
  • During summer sessions, lead a team of 6-10 to involve 30 students daily
  • Possibly implement a before-school program for a select group of students during the academic year
  • Design academic support activities tailored to specific subjects such as ELA, math, etc.
  • Organize stimulating enrichment activities for students
  • Integrate into the school community

Employment Terms:

  • Full-time position with benefits, requiring 35 hours per week
