Essential Skills:
The candidate must possess substantial experience as an Agile Project Facilitator, with a strong foundation in SAFe Agile and Clienture DevOps methodologies.

Role Overview:
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the IT sector is required.

Agile Methodology Expertise:

Proficient in iterative development practices, adept at crafting user stories, actively engaging in Agile ceremonies, and promoting collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value.

Familiarity with SAFe Methodology is advantageous: Understanding the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework and aligning business needs with the SAFe framework to facilitate successful large-scale Agile implementations.


Project Management Skills:
Capable of developing and overseeing project plans. Familiarity with project management tools such as Clienture DevOps and JIRA is essential.

Data Reporting:
Basic SQL knowledge is required for querying databases to support data analysis.

Communication Proficiency:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary. The ability to present complex information clearly and understandably is crucial.

Interpersonal Abilities:
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders are essential. The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Adaptability:
The role requires flexibility to adjust to evolving project requirements and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Documentation Skills:

The ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Non-Functional Requirement Documents (NFRD), User Stories, Workflow diagrams, Data flow diagrams, and System design documents is expected.


Tools Proficiency:
Knowledge of the following tools is required:

Must-Have:
Clienture DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Office Productivity Tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, presentation, and communication), Burndown Charts, and Velocity Tracking tools.

Good to Know:
Familiarity with JIRA, SSMS, Vision, Pencil, Power BI, and SharePoint is beneficial.
