Aerospace Field Services Engineer

About the Role:
Crane Aerospace and Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Engineer to join our team. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and resolving product issues quickly and efficiently, providing technical support and training for end-users, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and troubleshoot customer technical inquiries
- Develop training materials and provide onsite and off-site training for customers
- Perform detailed failure analysis and write reports
- Support new product Entry into Service (EIS) programs
- Support in-service evaluations, aircraft certification, and integration testing
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of the airline industry, airline products, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- FAA Certified Repairman (Airframe & Powerplant license)
- Foreign language knowledge
- Experience working in other cultures and customs
Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment
- May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions
- Position involves heavy lifting
