Job Summary:

The IT Systems Engineer III is a critical role at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, responsible for supporting the company's world-wide data endpoint management. This position requires a strong understanding of SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, InTune, Exchange, Citrix, and File & Print Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and implementing data center technologies, ensuring uptime of critical business systems and infrastructure through monitoring and timely remediation of critical infrastructure issues.

This role also involves being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a specific identity and access management process or technology, such as employee lifecycle automation and management, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Quest, SailPoint, Oracle IAM, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement data center technologies
  • Ensure uptime of critical business systems and infrastructure
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on identity and access management processes or technologies
  • Support information technology strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Identify issues, evaluate trends, and anticipate requirements
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance processes and requirements
  • Support the monitoring, alerting, and automation infrastructure for critical business systems and infrastructure
  • Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing infrastructure technologies
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in a medium to enterprise environment
  • Experience in managing an enterprise Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Hybrid Environment
  • Experience administering employee lifecycle policy, procedure, configuration, workflow, and upgrades
  • Experience with IAM (Identity Access Management)
  • Experience in managing an enterprise a variety of Microsoft focused solutions
  • Experience administering Enterprise Messaging Systems, Active Directory on-premise and Azure
  • Experience with Citrix, InTune, Office 365, and Quest tools such as ActiveRoles, Change Auditor, or Enterprise Reporter
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions
  • Current knowledge of hardware technologies, operating systems, network configurations, and protocols
  • Knowledge and understanding of Email, Office 365, Troubleshooting, and Powershell; Understanding of Role Based Access Control and Least Privilege
