Job Summary

The Human Resources Assistant will play a vital role in the coordination and functioning of LUK's Human Resources Department. This role will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various administrative functions within the Agency's programs.

A qualified candidate will have an Associate's Degree in business, computers, or a related field, or two to three years of office experience preferably in a non-profit environment. Human Resources Information System experience is preferred. Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills are required. Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize administrative functions within the Agency's programs
  • Assist the Director in the coordination and development of Human Resources related policies
  • Provide support to the Human Resources Department as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in business, computers, or a related field
