We are seeking a skilled Part Time Congregate Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our meal site in Fitchburg. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of nutritious meals to our clients. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to maintain their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the meal site, including meal preparation, delivery, and clean-up
  • Manage the site's budget and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of meal counts, volunteer hours, and other relevant data
  • Supervise and train volunteers to ensure that they are providing quality service to our clients
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the needs of our clients are being met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a food service or hospitality setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
  • Experience managing a team of volunteers
  • Knowledge of nutrition and special dietary needs
