Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across our market. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Benefits and Compensation:
