Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Walmart Data Ventures. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining business relationships with suppliers and merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans and projects to drive customer and operational needs.
  • Identify and nurture key partnership or client opportunities in a B2B setting.
  • Capture and package success stories, case studies, and other examples of utilization and implementation of insights derived from products.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $155,000 per year, plus additional compensation through annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more. We also offer a comprehensive education program called Live Better U, which provides tuition reimbursement for full-time and part-time associates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 2 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area. Alternatively, you can have 4 years' experience in these areas without a degree.
