About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Strategist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while developing your skills in business development, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand awareness and promote our services in Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS THROUGH BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS VISITS, ORGANIZED EVENTS, AND COLD CALLING.
- MANAGE MARKETING PROGRAMS FOUND ON THE MARKETING ACTIVITY PLANNER (MAP) TO EFFECTIVELY PROMOTE OUR BRAND.
- ENSURE STAFF USES THE PAUL DAVIS BRAND CORRECTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH BRAND STANDARDS.
- UTILIZE MARKETING TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE TO UPLOAD CONTACTS TO THE CRM, SEND EMAIL CAMPAIGNS, CUSTOMIZE AND PRINT MARKETING COLLATERAL, TRACK SALES CALLS, LEADS, REFERRALS, AND NOTES.
This role offers a strong compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission opportunities, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, cell phone, and computer provided by the company.
Requirements- Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree.
- Two or more years of sales and marketing experience.
- Familiarity with the franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry is ideal.
