Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide office management support to our Care Management Services team. As a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, you will facilitate effective communication and ensure seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient and family communications, maintaining HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain organized files and supplies, ensuring easy access for department staff.
  • Coordinate IPRO correspondence and paperwork for patients transitioning to nursing homes or rehab facilities.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for department meetings and Collaborative Practice Groups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate resource.
Requirements

We require a high school graduate with a minimum of two years of secretarial experience in a human service setting. An associate's degree in secretarial education or business management is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of medical terminology and excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: $27.45. Pay Grade: 17. Compensation may vary based on overall experience, qualifications, shift, and location.
