Job Description

Kudu Dynamics LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Facility Clearance Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of cybersecurity and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and implement industrial security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117.
  • Develop and maintain personnel security records for collateral personnel using DISS, NISS, and other government systems of record.
  • Process incoming classified visit certifications and coordinate with program security POCs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, building managers, inspectors, security contractors, and alarm companies.
  • Maintain classified material accountability records, including inventory lists, receipt and transmittal records, and final disposition documentation.
  • Respond to walk-ins, escort uncleared guests, and perform ad-hoc security and operations services as required.
  • Ensure current cleared facilities meet all current requirements and have a plan and budget to meet emerging requirements.
  • Review operational requirements and system specification documents to ensure applicable security requirements are addressed and incorporated into security processes.
  • Assist with the investigation and documentation of security violations/incidents.
  • Develop how-to guides, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish a repository of knowledge management related to physical operations.
  • Maintain and conduct security briefings/debriefings, annual security education and training.
  • Assist the recruiting team with new hires, including onboarding and badging.
Requirements
  • U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligibility.
  • Hold a degree in a related discipline or 2-5 years equivalent work experience.
  • Possess working knowledge of the NISPOM and 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117.
  • Must have the DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certification.
  • Possess strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Creative solutioning and problem-solving of varying degrees of complexity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment while complying with policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
