The State of Oregon is seeking committed individuals to enhance our workforce. We are currently offering a unique opportunity for a Substance Use Treatment Program Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on advancing addiction treatment initiatives across various correctional facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and facilitate substance use disorder treatment services for adults in custody.
  • Serve as a vital liaison between Contract Service Providers and the agency.
  • Assist in the oversight and development of treatment programs.
  • Coordinate program evaluations and audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Remain updated on best practices in addiction treatment and contribute to program improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as business, public administration, or social sciences.
  • A minimum of two years of professional analytical and planning experience.
  • Current Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1 (CADC-I) certification from MHACBO.
Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of the chronic disease model of substance use disorder treatment.
  • Proficiency in professional writing and report creation.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data for process evaluation.
  • Credentials as a Qualified Mental Health Associate or Professional.
  • Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor 2 or higher.
