Bilingual Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Ana Castilla, DDS. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our orthodontic practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients in a clear and effective manner.
- Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements.
- Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office preferred.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing.
- Must be comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding their treatment as well as talking about the financials of the treatment.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
- Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management.
- Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services.
- Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings.
- Spanish speaking a must.
