Job Title: Buyer

Z SUPPLY is a leading California Women's lifestyle apparel brand that offers casual, comfortable style. We are seeking an experienced Buyer/Planner to join our Planning team.

Job Summary:

The Buyer is responsible for planning, buying, and maintaining inventory for multiple categories and divisions within the Z SUPPLY brand umbrella. They will work collaboratively to create an exciting and profitable assortment that meets or exceeds sales expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain ownership of inventory buys for multiple categories and divisions.
  • Create and maintain open-to-buy for multiple categories and divisions.
  • Manage inventory levels and flow throughout the product life-cycle.
  • Analyze selling reports to respond to current trends and make recommendations for merchandise re-orders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative & Marketing teams to plan effective content strategies.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising & Design team to plan effective and profitable product assortment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant apparel buying experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookups.
  • Experience with Full Circle ERP and Shopify Plus preferred.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of retail vocabulary and application of retail math.
  • Strong, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Annual Salary Range:

$70,000 - $95,000

At Z SUPPLY, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position and your background and experience. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
