Customer Service Associate

Join our team at Westminster-Canterbury, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and residents. As a Customer Service Associate, you will oversee the reception area and provide a reassuring presence that enhances the safety and comfort of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a positive first impression, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
  • Manage incoming calls, greet residents and guests, address inquiries, and disseminate information effectively.
  • Monitor safety systems within living units, including smoke detectors and emergency alerts, and initiate emergency protocols when necessary.
  • Conduct regular rounds to maintain a secure and pleasant atmosphere.
  • Observe and manage both vehicle and pedestrian traffic on campus.
  • Assist in the transportation of residents during emergencies as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors.
  • Basic typing skills and familiarity with computer software are necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is necessary.
