Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and reassuring support to distressed pet owners over the phone and in person.
  • Collect accurate information from pet owners to assist our veterinary team in providing prompt and effective care.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate patient and client information in our system, including checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate the sending and receiving of records from local clinics to facilitate seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with our veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to the emotional needs of pet owners during difficult situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
