Strategic Account Manager

Renesas Electronics is a leading global semiconductor company that strives to develop innovative solutions for a safer, healthier, greener, and smarter world. As a Global Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and maximizing revenue for one of our largest Industrial Global accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans to increase market share and maintain Renesas as a strategic supplier.
- Understand Customer Strategy: Analyze customer operations, organization, and decision-makers to maximize Renesas business share at the account.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, and management teams from working-level to C-level.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and resolve supply issues.
- Support Customer Manufacturing Sites: Provide demand forecasts and facilitate resolving of supply issues in collaboration with Renesas global service operations.
- Own and Drive Business Results: Take ownership of end-to-end business results at assigned Global Account.
- Engineering University Degree: Preferably in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience: In sales role in the semiconductor industry, preferably in broadline semiconductor OEM sales.
- Global Role Experience: Experienced and comfortable in a global role.
- Excellent Customer Interaction Skills: Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation, results-driven, team player.
- Sales Hunter Mentality: Hungry, proactive, self-directed, analytical, detail-oriented, and dedicated to quality of work.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
- Native English Proficiency: Required.
- Location: Located in or willing to relocate to Eastern US (preferably Southeast US -- Atlanta or Charlotte).
