  • Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction by building strong relationships with key contacts.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients, providing 24-hour response times and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Ensure all clients are compliant with their benefits, contributions, and regulatory requirements, including COBRA, ACA, and Medicare filings.
Requirements:
  • Personal qualities of integrity and credibility, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate (or higher) knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, compliance, and payroll, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex regulations and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Education and Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Health and Life Insurance License mandatory.
