This role involves a weekly commitment of one hour, encompassing comprehensive assessment, evaluation, and treatment of communication disorders. The successful candidate will also contribute valuable consultant services for treatment programming and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the individual's specific communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's unique challenges.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills.
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Offer expert consultation on treatment programming and evaluation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with individuals who have communication disorders, particularly within correctional settings (preferred).
