Mission Critical Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Critical Structural Engineer to join our team. With a strong background in mission-critical and data center experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering and technician teams to ensure successful project completion.

Martin/Martin is a full-service civil/structural engineering firm that provides comprehensive services to municipalities, public and private redevelopment entities, architects, homebuilders, state and federal agencies, land developers, and special districts across Colorado, the United States, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for design.
- Coordination: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating efforts both in-house and with external consultants.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors throughout design and construction phases.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute project-specific QA/QC plans.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor less-experienced staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Representation: Attend project meetings, representing Martin/Martin during design and construction phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 9 years of progressive engineering experience (MSCE/MSAE counts as 1 year; passing the 16-hour SE exam also counts as 1 year)
- Proven leadership skills that support the company's long-term growth
